AUGUSt 6, 2009 & 2010

Initiated by Bart Buch, several artists gathered to create a community peace ceremony commemorating August 6th – the day the first Atomic bomb was used on human and its surroundings at Hiroshima, Japan.

Our hope was to create something beautiful, contemplating Peace, and gather people at Powderhorn Park through Butoh influenced movements, lanterns and projection.
